| The Thermalite® panel is manufactured from fire-retardant expanded polystyrene (EPS). The EPS beads are placed in a mold and subjected to heat and pressure to form a panel with a density of 1.7lbs/ft3. Strong, lightweight and energy efficient. The 1'x 4'x 2" panels are quickly installed using the polypropylene tie connectors that slide easily into the pre-molded symmetrical slots. The panels also feature tongue-and-groove connections for a tight fit and true alignment |
